A Portion of Lot 49-A, GOLDEN ACRES, UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, pages 94 and 95, recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: Commence at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 49-A: thence run along the Northeasterly boundary line of said Lot 49-A, South 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds East, 541.70 feet for the point of beginning; thence continue along said boundary line, South 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds East, 130.00 feet; thence along the Southeasterly boundary line of said Lot 49-A, South 26 degrees 43 minutes 27 seconds West, 392.63 feet; thence along the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Lakeview Drive as now established, 56.70 feet along the arc of a 1082.77 foot radius curve concave to the Northeast, subtended by a chord distance of 56.70 feet which bears North 56 degrees 28 minutes 34 seconds West; thence North 54 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds West, 73.10 feet; thence North 26 degreees 43 minutes 27 seconds East, 394.13 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan, PLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, APRIL 21 2014 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
