NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 27,2013 entered in Case No. 2010 CA 4693 WS, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SUSAN L. MALOWNEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN L. MALOWNEY, JOHN R. MALOWNEY and UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a Teresa McClain are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pasco County, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on April 9, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT(S) 60, OF WOODGATE PHASE 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 146-147 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
