SCHABER A/K/A TIFFANY SCHABER; TENANT #1 and TENANT #2, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendant(s), who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants.

You are notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 96, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS (FORMERLY TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS) AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before 4/21/2014 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 38053 Live Oak Ave., Dade City FL 33523, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
