NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 18, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-005971-XXXX-ES, DIVISION: J1, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2007RZ1 is Plaintiff, and THE ENCLAVE OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; ZORAYA MARIA MALPICA; MORAY CONTRACTING LLC; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 7th day of April, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
