NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 7, 2014, and entered in Case Number: 51-2012-CA-007821-WS, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LAKESIDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and SILVIA B. CELLUCCI and MICHAEL R. SEPE, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat.; on April 9, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 340, LAKESIDE PHASE 1A, 2A & 5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page(s) 27 through 62, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
