Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated March 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-5407-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff and AZARI ENTERPRISES, INC., d/b/a TILES OF THE WORLD and WEST PASCO WAREHOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on 8th day of April, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described properties set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 4, BUILDING 1, WEST PASCO WAREHOUSE CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 104 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6840, PAGE 521, AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WEST PASCO WAREHOUSE CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6870, PAGE 820 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
