SHEFFIELD A/K/A BRAD SHEFFIELD A/K/A BRAD ALAN SHEFFIELD; MHC FINANCING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP TWO D/B/A THE OAKS AT COUNTRYWOOD; JOHN DOE N/K/A RUSTY SHEFFIELD are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/28/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
