NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-006158 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5 is Plaintiff and JANE DOE, MANUEL ORTIZ A/K/A M. ORTIZ A/K/A MANUEL J. ORTIZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MANUEL ORTIZ AKA M. ORTIZ AKA MANUEL J ORTIZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, JOHN DOE N/K/A NAPOLEAN RAMOS, STATE OF FLORIDA, MANUEL ORTIZ AKA M. ORTIZ AKA MANUEL J ORTIZ, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, JANE DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, GARDENIA HEIGHTS SUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT TEHREOF IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 64, OF TE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
