NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-017918 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL INC. is Plaintiff and JENNIE ALVAREZ, CELIA I, ALVAREZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIE ALVAREZ, HENRY ALVAREZ III, CELIA I. ALVAREZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 31 feet of Lot 7 and the South 19 feet of Lot 6, Block 42, of MACFARLANE PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 82, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
