NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-009135, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THOMAS M. GILLIS; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ANITA R. GILLIS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT LYING IN GOVERNMENT LOT 2, FRACTIONAL SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM A POINT WHICH IS 1558.58 FEET WEST AND 770.95 FEET NORTH (MEASURED ON TRUE BEARINGS) OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GOVERNMENT LOT 1, OF SAID FRACTIONAL SECTION 10, RUN NORTH 4°06' WEST A DISTANCE OF 56.0 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE NORTH 4°06' WEST A DISTANCE OF 83.0 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 88°52' EAST A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 130 FEET TO THE WATERS OF A CANAL, TO A POINT “A”, BEGINNING AGAIN AT THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN SOUTH 88°52' EAST APPROXIMATELY 131 FEET TO THE WATERS OF A CANAL; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WATERS EDGE OF SAID CANAL APPROXIMATELY 83 FEET TO AFOREMENTIONED POINT “A”; THE WESTERLY 17.5 FEET OF SAID TRACT BEING SUBJECT TO EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
