NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-CA-006875 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6, Plaintiff, and, HERNANDEZ-COTTO, WANDA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14TH day of APRIL, 2014,, the following described property:
Unit No. 7505, Building 2400, THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY, according to the Condominium plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 1, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4381, Page 1167, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
