NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-016269, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein COAST INC., as substituted for RWPO VI, LLC, is Plaintiff and GONZALO VALDES, LEILA VALDES, MERS and CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. at an online public sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 32, Block 6, Carrollwood Springs Unit III, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, pages 72-1 through 72-3 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; and more commonly referred to as 15164 Springview Street, Tampa, FL 33624.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
