NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014243, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW 2006-5 TRUST is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM H. DAYE, II, DONITRA DUBOIS DAYE, and MIRA LAGO WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, MIRA LAGO WEST PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 84 THROUGH 99 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
