World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Andrew Dallier,Audubon Park Homeowners Association, Inc., Audubon Park Homes of Tampa Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
