NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-017154 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WESTSTAR MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and ELISHA PETERSON, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Nathaniel Peterson is the Defendant that the Clerk, Pat Frank will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. Bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
