NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 11, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-009544 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8 is Plaintiff and WILLIAM R. OEHLKE, PATRICIA KAREN OEHLKE A/K/A PATRICA KAREN OEHLKE, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, KAYWOOD GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
