NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-008995-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and HOLLIS B. RICHARDS; PRIMUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES, A NEW YORK CORPORATION DBA MAZDA AMERICAN CREDIT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; TINA M. MCGUIRE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of April, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3, BAY RIDGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TOT HE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
