Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 16, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 11, EDGEMOOR ESTATES REPLAT ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 70 THROUGH 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5507 PINE CIRCLE NE, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33703; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
