NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-001277-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and J. DOUGLAS MILLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF J. DOUGLAS MILLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE PLACIDO GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 7 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO.305, OF THE PLACIDO GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 60 THROGUH 63, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4844, PAGE 828 ET. SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
