NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 18, 2014, in Case No. 2013-CA-001695 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD P. GIEBEL, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7th day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 3, BLOCK 2 OF ESPIRITU SANTO SPGS AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 70, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
