UNIT NO. 303, BUILDING 3, PHASE III, PASADENA COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5655, PAGE 1832 THROUGH 1897, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5680, PAGE 1104, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5754, PAGE 2194 THROUGH 2198, AND FURTHER AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5824, PAGE 328 THROUGH 332, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 23 THROUGH 30, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 33 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 105, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 04/21/2014/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
