NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this action on the 30th day of January, 2014, in favor of Plaintiff, Branch Banking & Trust Company, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property and all improvements thereon:

Lot 22 of Tract 2, MADEIRA BEACH VISTA, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 104, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT that portion thereof lying within 42 feet of the Survey Line of State Road 699, Section 15100, conveyed to the State of Florida by Deed recorded in Official Records Book 4340, Page 190, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel “B”:
Lot 23 of Tract 2, MADEIRA BEACH VISTA, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 104, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT that portion thereof lying within 42 feet of the Survey Line of State Road 699, Section 15100, conveyed to the State of Florida by Deed recorded in Official Records Book 4403, Page 1249, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel “C”:
Lot 138, NORTH MADEIRA SHORES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 68, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel “D”:
Lot 139, NORTH MADEIRA SHORES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 68, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The property is commonly known as 14801 Gulf Blvd., Madeira Beach, FL 33708 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
