NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 8, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated February 17, 2014 entered in Case No. 13-003440-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and FLORIDA EYE CENTER, P.A., a Florida professional association, MARK A. SIBLEY, SUE E. SIBLEY, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN TENANT 3, and UNKNOWN TENANT 4; AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2014, the below described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lots 3,4,5,6 and 7, LESS the North 5 feet thereof of each lot for street purposes, REVISED PLAT OF LYON'S SUB-DIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 112, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, AND the South 170 feet of Lots 8 and 9, REVISED PLAT OF LYON'S SUB-DIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 112, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, LESS and Except that portion lying within the following described Tract conveyed for street purposes; Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8, thence run West 100.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence run North 8.00 feet along the West boundary of said Lot 9, thence run South 85 degrees 25'34” east, 100.32 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
