NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-004848-CI, Section 33, of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Southwest, N.A. f/k/a Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB. is the Plaintiff, and Steven A. Danikowski, Mary M. Danikowski, Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union, and Westlake Village Civic Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of June, 2014, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
