NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-008043-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CHRIS MICKEY A/K/A CHRISTOPHER MICKEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRIS MICKEY A/K/A CHRISTOPHER MICKEY; TANIA MELENDEZ A/K/A TONIA MELENDEZ F/K/A TANIA MICKEY A/K/A TONIA MICKEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BOOT RANCH NORTH ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAGLES' RESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAGLE WATCH AT BOOT RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 110, BOOT RANCH - EAGLE WATCH - PHASE C REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 64 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
