SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CROSSLAND MORTGAGE CORP. is the Plaintiff and MARILYN T BRUNO; MARILYN PINES UNIT II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 2, BUILDING E, APARTMENT 137, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF MARILYN PINES CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 7, 8 AND 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 8, 1973, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4026, PAGES 1766-1826, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
