NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 17, 2014, entered in Case No. 08005992CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Oscar D. Mesa a/k/a Oscar Mesa; Maria O. Mesa a/k/a Maria Mesa; John Doe and Jane Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, WOODRIDGE ESTATES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
