Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, Block E, CROMWELL HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 12, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on April 22, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
