YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in PINELLAS County, Florida:
Unit 104, Building 6, Phase 3, ISLAND PLACE AT HARBOURSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 93, Pages 37 through 44, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6348, Pages 1199 through 1302, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the right to use Parking Space No. 190.
has been filed against you. You are required to file written defenses with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication on or before 04/21/2014 of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Anne M. Malley, P.A., 210 South Pinellas Avenue, Suite 200, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
