NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52 2012 CA 011095 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-18CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-18CB is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER SIDNEY J. LENYO, DECEASED; CYNTHIA SUE LENYO A/K/A CYNTHIA S. OWEN, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SIDNEY J.
