THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 7, BUILDING 3, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 28, 1979, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4962, PAGES 1581 THROUGH 1642, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5990, PAGE 46, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6307, PAGE 1033 AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6516, PAGE 2393, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
