NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-010739 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and Daniel Gonzalez Mendoza are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
