NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-000127 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Scott M. Weltmer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 27.97 FEET OF LOT THIRTEEN (13), AND THE NORTH 37.91 FEET OF LOT FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK “K”, KEYSTONE MANOR REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE SOUTH 27.97 FEET OF LOT 13, AND THE NORTH 37.91 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK “K”, REVISED PLAT OF BLOCKS I, J, K AND L, KEYSTONE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
