NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-001436, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and JOEL LYNN KLAUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOEL LYNN KLAUS N/K/A BRIGITTE KLAUS, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63 OF KEENE GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE(S) 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
