NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007031, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-1, Plaintiff and VIRGINIA R. MILLER; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this May 8th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
