NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2014, and entered in 10-016390-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and DENISE N. REAVES; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CHANTU MOTH; LAND TRUST SERVICES CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 9/26/2006, AND KNOWN AS TRSUT NO. 672; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 9/26/2006, AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 672; UNKNOWN TENANTS; are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 8, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, PASADENA PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT OR MAP AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
