YOU are notified that actions on (1) American Research Bureau's Amended Petition for Determination of Beneficiaries and Their Respective Shares and (2) American Research Bureau's Supplemental Petition for Determination of Beneficiaries and Their Respective Shares has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Lawrence W. Livoti, Esq., petitioners' attorney, whose address is: Lawrence W. Livoti, P.A., 750 SE 3rd Avenue, Suite 205, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, on or before APRIL 18, 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this Court, Probate Division, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33762, either before service on petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
