NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 5, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-007006, DIVISION: 15, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QA7 is Plaintiff, and JASON EDWARD CHAMBERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON EDWARD CHAMBERS IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HUNTER'S GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; KATHY CHAMBERS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 9th day of April, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 626, FORMERLY KNOWN AS UNIT 628, BUILDING 6, HUNTER'S GLEN PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6431, PAGE 1249, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
