NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-013728-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is Plaintiff and CRAIG WOLSEY, LISA C. WOLSEY, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LEIGHA WOLSEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG WOLSEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA C. WOLSEY A/K/A LISA CHRISTINA WOLSEY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 24 feet of Lot 5 and the West 48 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, OAKHURST TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
