NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-000115-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-4, Plaintiff and BRYAN JOSEPH TURNER A/K/A BRYAN J TURNER; RICHELLE LOUISE TAUB A/K/A RICHELLE LOUISE TURNER A/K/A RICHELLE L TURNER; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on April 21st, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
