NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003261-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-6, is Plaintiff, and SANJAY NAYAR A/K/A SANJAY KUMAR NAYAR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, inclusive, Block 40, WESTSIDE TOWNHOMES - PHASE 5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 72 and 73, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
