NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ESTER FRAZIER, DECEASED; DREW FRAZIER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DREW FRAZIER N/K/A MINNIE FRAZIER; NAOMI FRAZIER JOHNSON, AS AN HEIR OF ESTER FRAZIER, DECEASED; ERVENE ROBINSON, AS AN HEIR OF ESTER FRAZIER, DECEASED; DREW N. FRAZIER A/K/A DREW FRAZIER, AS AN HEIR OF ESTER FRAZIER, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/16/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
