BUSHEY A/K/A STEVEN BUSHEY; PAMELA R. BUSHEY A/K/A PAMELA BUSHEY; JACK BUSHEY; WINTER PARK WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/16/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 108, BUILDING A, WINTER PARK WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM F/K/A PLACE 436, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3192, PAGE 297, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
