NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008639-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL A. PICHARDO A/K/A RAFAEL PICHARDO A/K/A RAFAEL ANTONIO PICHARDO UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALICIA BASSO; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A SABRINA BASSO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, NORTH LAWNE VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 32; RUN THENCE SOUTH 49°10'41” EAST ALONG THE NORTHEAST LINE OF SAID LOT 32; 150.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 65°40'58” WEST ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 32; 87.33 FEET; THENCE NORTH 21°46'01” WEST 117.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 26°03'19” WEST 14.61 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF DARDANELLE DRIVE, SAID POINT BEING A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE NORTHWEST HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 23°07'22”. A CHORD DISTANCE OF 20.04 FEET WITH A CHORD BEARING OF NORTH 52°23'00” EAST; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AND SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE 20.18 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
