RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011666-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DANIEL WITT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 12, WATERFORD CHASE EAST, PHASE 1A, VILLAGE B, recorded to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 83 through 87, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
