NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019275-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and GILLIAN S. KONTOS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 612, METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 7630 Page 3798, of the Public Records of Orange County, FL, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in the Declaration for the Metropolitan at Lake Eola, a condominium together with the exclusive right to the use of Parking Space #86, as set forth in the Declaration
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
