NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 23, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-030892 O (34), of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, MANUEL GOMES NETO; SHAMEA VANESSA DANTAS PEIXOTO NORONHA; STONEYBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION OF ORLANDO, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on April 10, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
