LOT 13, BLOCK J, CHARLOTTE PARK, A SUBDIV ISION, ACCORDING TO REPLAT OF CERTAIN PARTS OF CHARLOTTE PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 26-A AND 26-B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2429 LARKSPUR DRIVE, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on June 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
