NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA000269 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A8CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-H UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2005, is Plaintiff and ANDRZEJ OGOREK, Unknown Spouse of Andrzej Ogorek, Kamla Ann Ogorek, and Unknown Spouse of Kamla Ann Ogorek a/k/a Kamla A. Ogorek., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 19 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 800, PORT CHARLOTTE SECTION 28, According to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Pages 21A-21B, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Street Address: 21012 Randall Avenue, Port Charlotte, Florida, 33952.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
