NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-004003 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series WMALT 2006-AR4, is the Plaintiff and Gerald W. Sowles, Marguerite Sowles, , are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 11 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
